To be able to use our Mac softphone you require at least Max OS X 10.5 or a newer version.

To download VoipDiscount on your Macbook for free, simply click the download link.

^ topInstallation

Double-click the installation file you just downloaded to start installing the VoipDiscount on your Mac computer. VoipDiscount starts automatically each time you start Mac OS, so you can save on your calls within seconds.

^ topStarting VoipDiscount for the first time

The first time you start VoipDiscount, you will be asked to choose a User Name and password. The User Name and password fields are required in order to use VoipDiscount. You can choose any User Name, but it must be at least 6 characters in length. If the User Name is already in use by someone else you will have to try another one. In case you forget your User Name, you can always retrieve it by searching for the VoipDiscount confirmation e-mail in your inbox.

^ topMaking your first VoipDiscount call

For a call to any regular phone or mobile phone number, you will need to buy credits. After having done so successfully, please remember that when you call a number (even if it's local) you should always dial 00 + countrycode + areacode + subscribernumber. For a call to any online VoipDiscount user, simply enter the username in the textbox and click the dial button.
